Delivery Fees

Our courier fees are based on the number of towel hoodies ordered:
• 1 Towel Hoodie: R80
• 2–3 Towel Hoodies: R90
• 4 or More Towel Hoodies: R100

These rates apply per order (not per item) and are automatically calculated at checkout.

Delivery Process

Once your order has been completed and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Please ensure that:
• The delivery address and contact number provided are correct.
• Someone is available to receive the parcel at the address during working hours.

Courier delivery usually takes 1–3 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Remote or outlying areas may take slightly longer.

• Bean Design cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier companies, incorrect delivery details, or events beyond our control.
• If your parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, additional courier fees may apply for redelivery.
