All our towel hoodies and related products are custom-made to order.
Production only begins once full payment has been received and confirmed.

Please ensure that sizes, colours, and spelling of names are checked carefully before submitting your order.
Bean Design cannot be held responsible for any errors once your order has been placed.

2. Customisation

Each item is individually made and personalised according to the information provided by the customer.
Due to this, no refunds, exchanges, or returns can be accepted once an order has been confirmed.

This includes:
• Incorrect size selection
• Incorrect colour selection
• Spelling mistakes in names or embroidery details

Please double-check all details before confirming your purchase.

3. Lead Time

All products are made to order.
Please allow 7–10 working days for production before shipping.
Delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier services.

4. Payment

Payment can be made via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) or other methods available on our website.

If paying via EFT:
• Please send proof of payment to the email address provided on your order confirmation or via WhatsApp to the Bean Design number listed on the website.
• Orders will not be processed until payment reflects in our account.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Bean Design uses trusted courier services for delivery.
Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, public holidays, or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

6. Product Care

Our towel hoodies are made with love and care.
For best results, we recommend a gentle cold wash and to avoid tumble drying or bleaching.
This will help maintain the softness and quality of the fabric.

7. Pricing and Availability

All prices are subject to change without notice.
Occasionally, certain colours or fabrics may become unavailable; in such cases, we will contact you to arrange an alternative option.
